The service: a daily digital content pack delivered by email. Content is provided for you to edit and publish under your own name. You're responsible for what you publish.
Accuracy: we source and check content carefully, but football news changes fast. Rumours are labelled with a believability rating and are not statements of fact.
Your licence: while you're subscribed, you may publish pack content on your own channels. You may not resell or redistribute the packs themselves.
No official connection: we aren't affiliated with any club, the EFL or Football DataCo. Graphics contain no club badges or photos.
Trials, billing and cancellation: there's a 14-day free trial, and it costs nothing. After that you're billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
Refunds: we don't refund months already paid for. If a pack you've paid for doesn't arrive, tell us and we'll refund you for it.
Liability: packs are information only. Please check facts before you publish anything. If something goes wrong, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.
