What we collect: your name, email address, the club you chose and billing details. Payment card data is handled by Stripe, and we never see it.
Why: to deliver your daily pack, manage your subscription and answer support emails. The lawful basis is the contract with you.
Processors: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery) and Netlify (website hosting).
Retention: we delete your details 12 months after you cancel. The exception is billing records, which the law requires us to keep for 6 years. Stripe holds these.
Your rights: under UK GDPR you can access, correct or delete your data. Email hello@terracebrief.com (placeholder). You can also complain to the ICO.
No tracking cookies. No selling of data.
